I'm
not kidding, this really is the main street in Hope! Hope is a little rustic,
to say the least, but it is thoroughly charming and has many structures
and scenes of a bygone era. I liked it so much that I have been there several
times. And it's in a beautiful setting too! No wonder people still live
here. I was told that many of the residents still find gold around here!
The setting is rustic, the people are very nice (an Alaskan trait) and the
scenery is beautiful.
