Grand
Canyon sunsets are almost always a joy. The warm colors of the setting sun
enhance the already warm colors of the rock formations. The long shadows from
the low angle light add depth and texture to the scene and help isolate elements
of the scene. These are the reasons that most professional photographs are
taken in early morning and late afternoon. Don't be afraid to include some
deep shadows in your scene, they can be very dramatic. That used to be considered
a no, no - but not anymore!
