This
is one of the prettiest lighthouses on the Oregon coast. The volunteers
dress up in authentic clothing to give tours of the lighthouse. Its a very
charming touch to a beautiful, fully operational, lighthouse. Cape Blanco
is the westernmost point in Oregon and what a beautiful setting for a lighthouse.
It has sweeping views of the rugged Oregon coast and the meadow surounding
the lighthouse is home to various wildflowers during the warmer months of
the year.
