I like to
include a gnarly old tree, or the remains of one, in the foreground when
possible. It adds interest and texture to an already interesting photo.
Sometimes it can be the entire subject of the photo. This photo has three
strong elements, the tree remains, the arch and a very dramatic sky. Again
being in the right place at the right time, and waiting for the right moment.
