This is another
of Zion's classic vistas. This vantage point is from the trail that parallels
the Virgin River in the lower valley. I liked the bright greens contrasting
with the warm colors of the rock formations. The sky is not polarized, I
rarely do that. In fact, I rarely use any filters at all. If you shoot under
the proper conditions, you don't often need filters, but they certainly
are useful on certain occasions and under certain conditions. I have lots
of them but they mostly stay in the camera bag.
