This is South
Window, in the windows region of Arches Park. This was a stormy day, just
the kind I like for photography. The light was magnificent and really emphasized
the red coloring of the rocks. If you waited for a break in the clouds the
sun seemed to make everything exceptionally brilliant and saturated. You
will note that this photo was taken during mid day (check the shadows),
a time when I usually rest or scout new locations. But if you have exceptional
conditions, keep shooting!
