I
came across this little mini-scene while walking through the woods in the
North Cascades. Mushrooms are very photogenic, if you get to them before
the animals and insects! I gave up trying to identify them and am happy
to to just photograph and enjoy them. There are far to many for a me to
identify, estimated at more than 1.5 million varieties. Even the experts
have only identified about 5% of them!
